Raised in a military family and shaped by over a decade of service as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, Paratrooper, and Ranger Instructor, Josh learned early what discipline, leadership, and accountability really mean. From commanding troops overseas to training soldiers here in Florida, his career was built on clear decision-making under pressure — the same mindset he brings to every real estate transaction today.
